Wir wissen, dass Leistung und Sound in Bezug auf die Leistung von Auspuffanlagen ein Gesamtpaket sind. Um die Verbrennungsgeräusche zu unterdrücken, verwenden die Autohersteller Schalldämpfer mit Ableitblechen und perforierten Rohren, die so eingestellt sind, dass der Klang auf ein Minimum reduziert wird, was leider einen übermäßigen Rückstau- und Abgasflussdruck verursacht und die Leistung reduziert. Die Auspuffrohre haben oft einen kleineren Durchmesser, was die Abgasströmung weiter einschränkt. Im Gegensatz dazu hat ein typisches Leistungssystem Rohre und Schalldämpfer mit größerem Durchmesser, die so konzipiert sind, dass sie den Gegendruck und die Einschränkung reduzieren, wodurch der Abgasfluss und die Leistung gesteigert werden und ein tiefer Auspuffklang erzielt wird, der meistens noch innerhalb der gesetzlichen Grenzen liegt. Die Verbesserung des Abgasflusses ist jedoch viel komplizierter als das Anschrauben von Rohren mit Abwasserrohrgröße und leeren Dosen für Schalldämpfer. Der Rohrdurchmesser wird vergrößert, jedoch nicht bis zu dem Punkt, an dem er die Abgasgeschwindigkeit negativ beeinflusst. Und es ist einfach, einen lauten Auspuff zu erzeugen, aber man braucht Know-how, um Schalldämpfer zu bauen, die besser strömen, um mehr PS zu erzeugen, während sie einen kraftvollen Sound erzeugen, den Sie genießen können, wenn Sie Gas geben - ohne irritierende Dröhngeräusche, wenn Sie auf der Autobahn fahren. Die Schalldämpferkonfiguration variiert je nach Hersteller und Anwendung. Moderne Leistungsdämpfer sind komplexe Komponenten, die mit spezieller Software entwickelt wurden. Im Allgemeinen haben Auspufftöpfe mit Kammern innere Kammern, die Schallwellen reflektieren und aufheben, ohne den Abgasstrom zu reduzieren. Turboschalldämpfer verfügen über mehrere perforierte Rohre, um den Schall zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig den Gegendruck zu reduzieren. und gerade Schalldämpfer haben ein perforiertes Rohr, das von einer Schallabsorptionspackung umgeben ist. Alle namhaften Hersteller biegen ihre Auspuffrohre faltenfrei, um glatte strömungsarme Auspuffbögen zu gewährleisten. So behalten die Rohre ihre Größe, Durchmesser und Form über die gesamte Länge. Rohre, die nicht faltenfrei gebogen sind, können in scharfen Biegungen einen prozentualen Anteil ihres Durchmessers verlieren. Dies führt zu einer Einschränkung der Abgasströmung. Während wir einige Universalsysteme wie z.B. Sidepipes und Auspuffblenden für Sonderanfertigungen anbieten, sind die meisten Leistungsauspuffsysteme in unserem Onlineshop fahrzeugspezifisch. Diese Auspuffsysteme sind speziell für die jeweilige Anwendung konzipiert, sodass Sie neben mehr Leistung und hervorragendem Klang auch auf die perfekte Passform zählen können. Neben den kompletten Systemen für den Renn- und Straßeneinsatz sind viele unserer beliebtesten Systeme wie Achs-, ab Katalysator- und ab DPF-Filter einfach zu installieren, da sie nur einen Teil des Fabriksystems ersetzen. Ab Kat-Systeme- und ab DPF-Filter-Systeme sind hinter dem Katalysator und dem Dieselpartikelfilter installiert, sodass Sie eine hervorragende Performance erhalten, während Ihr Fahrzeug zu 100% emissionsfrei bleibt. Viele Systeme bieten auch die Wahl zwischen den Abgasaustrittsstellen an der Seite oder am Heck des Fahrzeugs und einige Auspuffanlagen haben zwei Rohre, die den Schalldämpfer verlassen, um den Anschein von Doppelauspuff zu geben. Einige unserer Systeme für V-Motoren verfügen über ein H-Hosenrohr oder ein X-Hosenrohr. Mit diesen Rohren wird der Abgasstrom erhöht, da nun beide Zylinderbänke beide Seiten des Abgassystems nutzen können, und ein erhöhter Abgasstrom bedeutet mehr Leistung. Wir wissen, dass Leistung und Sound in Bezug auf die Leistung von Auspuffanlagen ein Gesamtpaket sind. Die Verbesserung des Abgasflusses ist jedoch viel komplizierter als das Anschrauben von Rohren mit Abwasserrohrgröße und leeren Dosen für Schalldämpfer. Der Rohrdurchmesser wird vergrößert, jedoch nicht bis zu dem Punkt, an dem er die Abgasgeschwindigkeit negativ beeinflusst. Und es ist einfach, einen lauten Auspuff zu erzeugen, aber man braucht Know-how, um Schalldämpfer zu bauen, die besser strömen, um mehr PS zu erzeugen, während sie einen kraftvollen Sound erzeugen, den Sie genießen können, wenn Sie Gas geben - ohne irritierende Dröhngeräusche, wenn Sie auf der Autobahn fahren. Turboschalldämpfer verfügen über mehrere perforierte Rohre, um den Schall zu reduzieren und gleichzeitig den Gegendruck zu reduzieren. und gerade Schalldämpfer haben ein perforiertes Rohr, das von einer Schallabsorptionspackung umgeben ist. Alle namhaften Hersteller biegen ihre Auspuffrohre faltenfrei, um glatte strömungsarme Auspuffbögen zu gewährleisten. So behalten die Rohre ihre Größe, Durchmesser und Form über die gesamte Länge. Rohre, die nicht faltenfrei gebogen sind, können in scharfen Biegungen einen prozentualen Anteil ihres Durchmessers verlieren. Dies führt zu einer Einschränkung der Abgasströmung. Während wir einige Universalsysteme wie z.B. Sidepipes und Auspuffblenden für Sonderanfertigungen anbieten, sind die meisten Leistungsauspuffsysteme in unserem Onlineshop fahrzeugspezifisch. Diese Auspuffsysteme sind speziell für die jeweilige Anwendung konzipiert, sodass Sie neben mehr Leistung und hervorragendem Klang auch auf die perfekte Passform zählen können.
